This was my first time doing Reiki, and I felt so safe and comfortable with Bo. I left feeling as though a weight had been lifted off my chest, and our time together also encouraged me to examine my health from a different perspective, of which I was quite grateful. I definitely recommend the experience, especially for those of you new to Reiki, who are curious about energy healing.
